Kwe’! My name is Julia Lomond and I am applying for the University Hall Vice President position. I am in my second year of Indigenous Education, with a minor in History and Anthropology. After university, I am hoping to become an elementary school teacher! Currently, I am a first-year RA in Coulee View, specifically, Piikani Floor Four, as well as the co-chair for Residence Wars!

I am running in the ORS Election for University Hall’s Vice President Position for the 2023 - 2024 Academic Year! If I am elected for the position, I would like to focus on establishing trustworthy relationships between myself, the residents, and the ORS community in Uhall. As well, I would like to promote healthy and positive relationships between Housing Services, Counselling Services, and Security Services on campus to the residents and the ORS community. I am hoping to promote advocacy for indigenous residents on campus, honest and open communication amongst the ORS community and residents, and equality amongst everyone in residence. I hope you will consider me as an applicant for the ORS VP Uhall position!
