Headshot of Bradley Pike

Bradley Pike is a student at the Dhillon School of Business, pursuing a dual degree in Computer Science and General Management. With a strong foundation in technology, business, and policy, he is dedicated to advocating for students and ensuring that issues related to affordability, accessibility, and academic success remain at the forefront of institutional and government decision-making.

Bradley’s passion for advocacy emerged early in his academic journey. While still in high school, he founded and led an esports program at Lethbridge Collegiate Institute (LCI) during the height of the pandemic, creating an inclusive and structured competitive gaming environment for students. Under his leadership, the program gained national recognition and was featured in a Lenovo case study (Rocketing to the top of Canada’s eSports League), highlighting its sustainable practices and long-term impact on student engagement. This experience demonstrated his ability to collaborate with institutions, businesses, and sponsors to implement initiatives that drive meaningful change.

Following his graduation, Bradley was recruited to Lethbridge Polytechnic as the youngest esports team captain in the institution’s history. Over two years, he played a pivotal role in advocating for increased student-athlete support, fostering academic accountability, and ensuring the team had access to essential resources. His leadership and dedication were recognized with the Esports Leadership Award in both years of competition.

Beyond his academic and extracurricular involvement, Bradley has gained significant experience in economic development and policy advocacy through his work with Economic Development Lethbridge. In this role, he actively contributes to local business growth and workforce development, engaging with government leaders, industry stakeholders, and economic policymakers to address challenges related to innovation, student employment, and community development. With a track record of leadership, advocacy, and community engagement, Bradley remains committed to empowering students and ensuring that their voices shape the future of post-secondary education and beyond.
