Hello everyone,
My name is Aryan Kushwaha, and I am honored to run for Arts & Science Representative. I am
passionate about making our faculty more supportive, engaging, and student-focused by
ensuring that every student has access to the resources, opportunities, and community they
need to thrive.
If elected, I will advocate for more faculty-led help sessions and mentorship programs, ensuring
that academic support is easily accessible. Additionally, I will work towards organizing
interactive and exciting events tailored for Arts & Science students, fostering a sense of
connection and engagement beyond the classroom.
Clear and effective communication is also a priority. I will push for better information-sharing
systems, so students never miss out on important updates and opportunities.
I am here to listen, support, and represent you—let’s work together to create a more inclusive,
dynamic, and empowering Faculty of Arts & Science!

Candidate for Arts & Science Representative
As your Arts & Science Representative, my mission is to advocate for academic excellence,
enhance student engagement, and ensure seamless communication across our faculty.
University life should be a harmonious balance of learning, interaction, and growth, and I am
committed to making that a reality.
First and foremost, I will prioritize academic support. Many students struggle due to a lack of
access to proper resources, and I will work to expand faculty-led help sessions, introduce
stronger mentorship opportunities, and advocate for improved study support systems. Success
should be within reach for every student, and I will ensure that guidance and assistance are
available when needed.
Equally important is student engagement. A vibrant university experience is shaped by the
events, connections, and opportunities that bring us together. I will organize creative,
interactive, and faculty-focused events that celebrate the diversity and talent within Arts &
Science. From academic workshops and career networking to social gatherings and cultural
initiatives, I will ensure that every student finds a space to engage, collaborate, and thrive.
Lastly, I am committed to strengthening communication within our faculty. Too often, students
miss out on valuable opportunities simply because they are unaware of them. I will advocate for
improved information-sharing systems, timely notifications, and greater transparency in faculty
announcements, ensuring that every student stays informed and connected.
At the heart of my campaign is a deep commitment to serve, support, and empower. I promise
to be approachable, proactive, and always open to your ideas, concerns, and aspirations.
Together, we can create a Faculty of Arts & Science that is more connected, resourceful, and
inspiring than ever before.
